If you're coming from The Woodlands, we're only 14 miles (18 minutes) from The Woodlands Parkway.
Easy Access! Only 1/2 mile west of I-45 and the J.C. Penney shopping center, quick return to the freeway.

Directions: From I-45N. take exit #90 (F.M. 3083/Teas Nursery Road) at the light, go left over the freeway from left lane.(If coming from I-45S., take exit #90 and follow feeder to F.M. 3083, turn right at the light.)
Go toward the J.C.Penney's , it will be on your right, at next light (approx. 1/4 mile west of I-45) go right on Teas Nursery and follow it about 1/4 mile more until you see the Pawz with Us sign on the right on a black wrought iron fence, at the red brick house. We are just before the Andershire Estates sign. Look for a black mail box with 4088 on it and on the red brick columns.
